A/S process

  • 1. Receipt

    A/S for defected product within 1 year from purchase date is free of charge (A/S for the product which passed 1 year after purchase will be charged).
    ※Note: In case the product has been damaged by user’s negligence, expense for A/S may be charged to
    user.

  • 2. Happy call

    ECOMOM counselor will call you (happy call) if you register in the A/S bulletin board in our homepage.

  • 3. Collecting product

    Make sure that the product should be packaged in box before parcel service driver visits you. Please include document in which your address, contact, product purchase date and items to have A/S are described
    in the package.

  • 4. Repair and delivery

    It will take about one week from product collect to deliver back to you after
    repair.
